WHAT'S THE REAL REASON FOR LOSING?
Okay, so I am writing this because throughout the years I have played league of legends, I have witnessed the same thing over and over again. I would like to admit, I am not the most friendly player, BUT I will always tell my team good luck, I will always congratulate them on a good play, but if they are 0/10 I will ask them what they are doing. 90% of the time when I ask this, I get a response like "reported and muted," and I sit there wondering what's going on in this person's mind. There so SO MANY countless games I have played where I was winning lane, maybe I'm going 2/1, but my bot lane is 0/6 at the 10 minute mark. I may only be in Gold elo, but that should not occur normally. So anyways, when I proceed to ask them to stop feeding, they tell me I am toxic and that I'M THE REASON we are losing. I ask how is that possible? And always I get the answer, because you are toxic and giving up. LISTEN TO ME NOW if you are 0/6 and I ask you to stop, there is NO POSSIBLE way I am responsible for you playing like that. I just played a game as Kled. I was 3/1 in lane, but my Xayah adc was 3/11 at the 15 minute mark. So, I told her, "Xayah, can you just chill out please," and of course I am called toxic. Fast forward 10 minutes in the game and we are losing bad now because a draven on the other team one shots us all. Then, to my surprise I see in chat: Xayah says,"This game is all Kled's fault, no need to be toxic and give up so early." I DID NOT type anything for the past ten minutes, AND I DID NOT give up on that match. And what tops it off is that my thresh and vlad say yea this is kled's fault. I AM THE ONLY positive one on my team at this point, but it does not matter to them, what matters is that I told xayah to chill and not die so much. Listen to this please, if you are doing bad and someone comments on it, they had no effect on your gameplay. You were already doing bad before they even said anything, learn how to not a defensive child and lash out at them. So what's the real reason I wrote this? WELL. I wanted to get out the message that not all toxicity ruins a match. If someone is feeding but keeping a good attitude, THAT ATTITUDE DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING. THEY ARE FEEDING, saying don't worry does not win games. So if someone that is doing good on your team and they ask another person to play better, that is not being toxic. They are just upset that people like that are ruining their games and making it so that they cannot win. Sit down and answer this to yourself. WOULD YOU RATHER HAVE: A player that is sometimes toxic but is 10/1 and really good, or a player that is 2/9 but says things like we can win, don't give up! Be honest and really think. You need to all realize that not all players are okay with someone feeding on their team. I do not support toxicity where offensive language is included but telling someone to stop playing bad should be more than okay if they are doing good themselves. League is my favorite game in the world, but I dislike a part of our community. Not the toxic people, but the people that cry if someone comments on how they are playing. Toxicity DOES NOT lose games, being bad does. Please think about it the next time you plan on reporting someone for being toxic. P.S. When I am "toxic" the worst things I say are "please stop feeding","just chill out and don't die a lot", or "come on, that was not a smart play"
