Then I received a chat restriction for defending myself against a premade that blamed me for their bad play and it reminded me why I will NEVER give a cent to this company ever again.
So you broke the rules and somehow it's Riot's fault?
If you don't want to spend money, then don't, but flame is still flame regardless of the context. You could have just as easily muted the premade and reported them at the end of the game, yet you chose to flame back and unfortunately now you have to face the punishment.
You can defend yourself using the /mute command. It's really your fault, not the Riot's. Nobody is forcing you to buy skins, and i don't think your 100 dollars means much to Tencent.

What do you mean? You don't get punished for muting. AKA preventing their chat from reaching you. AKA defending yourself.
At least it’s just a chat restriction, so you’re not currently in danger of losing your account.
As long as you’re trying to win and being sportsmanlike, you shouldn’t be in danger of getting banned.

Just cause others are behaving badly, doesn't mean you are allowed to behave negatively as well. You probably said something harsh enough to warrant the chat restriction. There is no point arguing with people in League. If someone is not behaving well just mute them, report and move on.

If you disagree with what a company is doing then its best to not give them your money, because that's the only way they'll listen.
