The question is how people are allowed to continue playing the game they intentionally trolling (taking farm from adc , not buying wards , not using trinket even , run into 2 champion , ) and after you try to explain the situation to them and ask them to fallow your advice they just consider you under there lvl call you a kid / autist / monkey etc i even left my main account witch i have everything unlocked via ip and skin on most champs i play just to chill at low lvl and now even here all the low elo toxicity moved here its noticeable when a player is not new too the game , now my question is why toxicity promoted crating even more stuff to spam to induce tilt to enemy ,and if a meta is made and riot enforces this why its not respected , im 29 y old and i play this game after a work day to relax and the problem is im not obliged too get cursed or made fun of by some random kid who parents failed to raise them , now if just leave the game or w8 for it to end or FF i get a penalty and i cant receive loot now your new lvl system is based on loot , and the honor system enjoyable due to RNG factor (cant w8 for the next one) , or capsules , now the idea is in witch direction you want to direct this community ?because toxicity is not my thing and if i mute all players / emotes even then they somehow create new ways to annoy you like take farm , using trinket in front of you , not assisting you in fights , run around you ,running into enemys just provoking you so they can report you for something and beg others to report you as well ,now if i leave my lane and go to another lane to completely ignore him i ruin anothers game or get reported , if i w8 for the game to end or ff i`m illegitimate for loot so what one has to do just play a simple game to relax !?

Being bad at the game doesn't make someone toxic.

The issues mentioned above are gameplay and mechanical knowledge issues. They might not necessarily be trolling. They're just not that great at the game which is a total possibility, even at lvl 30 in ranked games.

You can't expect Riot to ban people are who bad at the game.

Feel u dude i had a recent game when we ended up with a Janna jungle because someone else trolled in champ select... I'm fairly certain thoses behaviour don't get punished unless they occur a lot in a short period of time. Also, when forced to dodge because you can't play a game like that there is no option for reporting thoses people and you take the timer and LP loss for dodging. grrrrr

The trick, I find, is to just report, report, report.

It sucks for those few games, and it can be especially daunting if you get multiple matches with multiple trolls, but having been getting Instant Feedback Reports almost daily for a few weeks, I can tell you they see it.

I never see the same offender twice, and that's incredibly reassuring despite the volume of remaining troublemakers out there.

If the problem is PARTICULARLY egregious, you can also file a support ticket for a bit of reassurance and a signal boost. I've had to do that a couple times as well. IFRs also don't get handed out for every report, so don't feel discouraged if you report like 20 people in one day and only see one report upon login.

Patience is key, and signal boosts/refusal to tolerate the crappy behaviour will prevail in the long run.

You can't expect Riot to ban people are who bad at the game.

Also, if they do call you bad words and flame you, there is a big chance they would get punished for that and unless a Rioter manually reviews the game, the system alone can't detect inters because they may just be bad.
