Perma Ban for Unknown 3rd Party Program PLEASE RESPOND
For Starters, I have submitted 3 tickets too Riot to try and resolve this issue. In the First one I tried and look into what program i was using that caused this problem. This ticket just led to me being told that my account violated the rules and it was clear and that no further action would be taken and that was that. The second ticket I again was trying to just figure out what my violation was because If I was to be banned forever than I just wanted to know exactly why so that if i made a new account that it wouldn't be banned as well. The last ticket was my last attempt at reaching them but they haven't responded so I'm just trying all my outlets.
Applications I use:
- Curse Voice ( The primary way i chat with friends online because skype sucks and i dont like dicord) I was told this wasn't the issue but still, It's a 3rd party program
- The default program Razor makes you download for their mice
These are the only 3rd party applications i have on my pc. I dont know of any other program on my pc that could cause this. I have had the same pc all 4 years ive been playing this game and only now have i ever been given a punishment out side of a que timer for leaving a game or going afk. Riot says that they cannot give out the information about how they conduct their investigations but ive seen post of people being told why they have received their bans and would like my reason given to me.
They only thing i can think of that would have gotten me banned is the 2 times i closed my laptop while league was still running and have the internet to my laptop be disconnected. once i reopened my laptop and reconnect to the internet my game was stuck trying to reconnect and since the game had been over and there was nothing to reconnect too. The reason i closed my laptop with league still running was because i had to go to my next class at the University i attend (Indiana State) and i had just come off a low priority que timer and did not want another one.
I believe i have found a bug that made the bot that gives out the match making ban unable to give me one since my client didnt actually leave just constantly be reconnecting. Since this happened twice with in a short period of time i believe that i triggered some sort of alert that made my account appear to be cheating the system in order for me not to be banned. I understand that leaving games is a terrible thing to do and i had no choice seeing as how i pay for my education and cant waste a class since they are expensive, but i would have much rather taken a que ban for a few days than a perma ban on my entire account.
I dont expect to get my account because Riot can confirm if anything i said is true but i would at least like to be told why im being banned because i have been a die hard fan for 4 years and have spent over 300 dollars on this game and dont want to believe that its all gone just like that.
Pls Riot just give me peace at mind.
