I am new to LOL and I got a 10 game ban for toxicity. Which is understood. But I didn't know how serios the banning system was now I am perm banned?

The behavioral system operates primarily on the ladder system.

If you've skipped tiers you've either displayed extremely poor behavior that it warranted a escalation. Or the perma ban is unrelated to behavior, such as charge-back or account is compromised.

If it was a behavioral related perma-ban, it's unlikely. If it was for some other reason, you'll need to resolve the issue before getting access.

He said "10 game ban" I think this was a chat restriction and he is just confused on the terminology because he is new.

that was my guess, that's why I mentioned the escalation.

I think you may be confused. What you got was a 10 game chat restriction not a ban. You are still able to play, but how many times you can chat in game will be restricted for 10 games.

This isn't that serious of a penalty, but it would be wise to treat this as a warning not to do whatever got you punished anymore as punishments get more severe as you go.

When you log into the game you should see a reform card, which is chat logs from the last few games you got reported in. I would look over them and try to eliminate anything that looks negative from those logs. If you keep it positive even when being trolled or baited you shouldn't have any issues.

If you will post your Reform Card here, we can review it and give you some pointers on things to avoid in the future to keep from being punished again. It's a good thing that you came here now, when there is still plenty of time to change things and keep from being permabanned.
