Situation: It was in January 2015, I found my account permanently banned when I tried to log in. I looked in my email to see why and I had no new message from Riot. I wrote a support ticket and asked why I was banned and I had an automated message saying I was banned for** third party tool**. I then answered that it must've been a mistake, to tell me what they detected so I could explain them was it was used for (I have personally no idea what it could be). They told me that they couldn't tell me what it was because it would compromise their ''investigation''. Seeing I had** no will from custumer support** to help me (and I was VERY disapointed considering the amount of money I had spent in the game), I just resigned myself to make another account and play casually.

Now we are here, one year later, I had a lot of free time to play during holidays so I got back into playing quite a bit. I've been thinking all year about how unfair my ban was and how I was left unanswered so I decided to come here to the forums to have an answer to a question that has been haunting me.

Hoping someone at Riot could read this and give answers to my questions and hopefully give justice and give me back something I have invested over a thousand dollars,** many thousand hours** and gave** all my heart in**, my original League of legends account.

Im confused because you claim it was unfair, yet in the comments you said you knowingly gave another person you account (which is a ban-able offence already) but also using it as a "Boost" to up your rank is also ban-able. You are responsible for your account. But you ignored all of this and still did it anyway and you still call that unfair? Its pretty obvious these people who other means (3rd party programs) to help boost accounts, so why even use it in the first place? It doesnt matter how many hours your spent on this game, or money put into it. You still broke the rules and thats why you were punished. giving them money doesnt make you immune to punishment if you broke the rules!

The thing about permenant bans is that they don't expire.

You forgot to put you're an ex-veteran combatant or government official, or have a child. You won't get upvotes here, the boards will eat you alive. Submit a ticket again to support. They WILL respond, don't bump your ticket or else they will NOT respond. Goodluck!

Riot is not a serious or american company anymore so the accounts are like nothing
