Reward people who switch from their first given role to support (ranked).

I am saying sorry in advance, if this issue exist somewhere, already, i looked for it, but maybe my pattern was not put with the right tag words.

Sometimes in low elo, we are familiar with some tilted people who shout they don't want support role (i dont know how it is in gold or up, I hope you dont have the same issues), that they are going to troll the game etc. Or others who simply say they cannot play it. Since I main support, I prefer to let them play the adc role (if i find myself in that role) just to have a support with a brainer, and help my entire team, instead of... yeah, you know what can happen. I am not in any way going to change the minds of the people who do that, many people find the support role boring etc. Instead of creating a huge conflict inside the team I take the responsibility, I step back and try to do the best to benefit me and my team, just to have a nice and good game.

---Skip those lines, if you don't want to read what finally made my cup to overflow and invest some time to write this topic. I am in S5 right now. I went for adc role. The support said he cant play it. Nobody from the team said anything. I offered him the adc position. He picked up Vladimir. I asked: Are you picking Vlad for adc in ranked? (ranked flex) - Well, it's not actually ranked. And I red of this new meta. 1st time Vlad. I said, "okey, i believe in you" What support you want? -Blitz. I gave it a try (2nd time Blitz) He took FB, because of some of my dances and then he went down on kills, started dying all over the place. Went for afk 2 times for like 5 minutes, then he went offline. I had to sweat over a 4v5 game, that we eventually won, because the enemy underestimated us and started to split arround the map. But I was pissed... pissed completely. I haven't said a word of flame-salt etc. Just to remind him it is ranked and if someone does not want to take the game serious to go play blind pick. The game ended, not even a single honor. So... i change my roll for the higher good, i give everything, dying for them, so the kids with assasins can escape safely, not take kills by accident, ward, clear wards, protect baron and drakes from a steal, heal, buy support items to boost them and then what?---

**I am proposing a solution, a benefit for the people who do that. I ask Riot to benefit people who change from any role different from support to an actual support role, being it with a vote from the team or just flagging that a person picked a support character ( yes I know some, (some will say all) chars from top/mid/adc can go into a support mode and people do it from time to time) will have a guaranteed position for their chosen role next game, or two. **

Or, why not having an extra honor point for a GG or stayed cool, it's actually a leadership move, so I let for you to decide.
