Ridiculous Chat Restriction

I tried posting this on reddit but it got deleted within 30 seconds so :) but anyway a few months ago I got chat restricted for the dumbest crap ever. What I said totally did not warrant a chat ban so I sent a ticket about it and I was literally responded to by 'Blitzcrank Bot' who basically just resent me my chatlogs and said "this is why ur banned lol!" Literally everyone I talked to about this told me what I said was extremely mild and I didn't deserve to get banned. I'm going to attach what I said in my ticket and my chatlogs below so :

"Recently I played a game with an extremely toxic person who called me multiple names and I reported her and got the message back saying y'all used my feedback. Though, apparently what I said in response to this toxic person was ALSO means for a chat restriction? I'd honestly like to know how any of what I said was a bannable offense, here's the chat logs. You can obviously see how I pointed out that my fellow teammate was being rude by calling people names and I pointed out her toxicity. None of what I said was in any way harassment or verbal abuse. ESPECIALLY compared to how she was treating me. I even told her to calm down and all I did was poke fun at the fact that she was VERY tilted. I was quiet this whole game until this person decided to point out the reason we lost was because I didn't help her and that the whole reason she fed was 'my fault.'

There have been people who have said extremely worse things than ANY of what I said and not gotten banned after I've reported them. I am convinced you guys do not read any of the reports that go through your tribunal system because me getting chat restricted for this is actually AMAZING. Somebody else in my game even called the toxic person autistic and didn't get any punishment for it but I am restricted for this. Please, actually THOROUGHLY review the stuff sent to you because I am honestly baffled at the outcome of this. This toxic person on my team was blaming everyone for her death but herself and you're going to chat restrict me for pointing out her flaws in that reasoning? I didn't even do it rudely in any way shape or form. I was chat restricted about 2 year ago and you honestly expect me to say anything that would get me banned again? I'm really ashamed in your system and how you are going to punish me for defending myself in a completely civil way. The person on my team was using multiple slurs and I pointed out the fact she was doing wrong and that's bannable now? Please, explain how any of what I did was WORTH A 10-GAME CHAT RESTRICTION. "

At this point I'm convinced riot just banned me because I basically said they wouldn't do anything if my teammate reported me. When I got the half-assed response back by the bot I basically gave up. I'm not banned anymore but what I FAILED TO REALIZE is the fact I need honor level 2 or something to get my ranked rewards? I knew that getting banned resets your honor level but the fact I need to get it up to LEVEL 2 and that takes absolutely forever if you're not playing with randoms! I don't even have time to play this game so I'm never going to have the chance to get my honor level up. wow cool implement to the game riot.. I'm sure that helps keep the toxicity down.. anyway just thought i'd share this & see what other people think cause it managed to piss me off to the max and now im extra mad cause found out im not getting ranked rewards

tldr: i got an unwarranted chat restriction that makes no sense cause i wasnt toxic
