I just got a perm banned for no reason? (serious)

I climbed all the way from bronze 3 to plat 3 these past 40 days playing renek top and I get an email saying i've been perm banned for breaking a code of conduct but no further explanation?

I've never botted... ive never scripted... ive never intentionally fed... ive never had a mute on this account or a suspension... ive never account shared.....

the worst thing i did in this past month was 1 game i got frustrated and refused to group with team and only split pushed.......

anyone have an idea....

i put so much work into this account and self improvement only to be perm banned for a reason i have no idea about....
