is there a way to report during a game

I am always with a 12 year old who thinks he is the best on the team all they do is steal kills run in with low health and suicide and then yell at me cuz I did not do the same I would like to know if I can report them in game cuz I always am to frustrated after to look at my score and see how bad this little shit has screwed me and always skip it
