So can I get banned for this?

Hi, Quick question I guess. I play predominantly on EUW as I get the same ping there as I do on the NA servers, I peaked at Diamond 3 on that side of the world (Current season) Now for the issue, I have multiple accounts on NA, One from forgetting my info (dead) and one that I made when I couldn't get onto my main. (Which I currently play on). So a couple of seasons ago, (Season 5) I played on this account, I admittedly wasn't very good, and I duo'd with some real life friends that are particularly bad, so I peaked in bronze in Seasons 5 6 and 7. Now fast forward to the present; I only play on my EUW account when my friends are on to duo, so I have alot of time for solo queue. So I decided to play on NA. By no means am I great at the game, but in the case where this account has mid~high bronze MMR, I do pretty well. So here's the issue, Almost every single game I play people refer to me as a smurf or a booster, or a plethora of rude words/combinations of such. I'm mildly concerned because again, Almost every single game somebody particularly the person I lane against talks about reporting me for smurfing/boosting/cheating etc. I just wanted to know if what I'm doing is punishable because I don't want to get banned.

TL;DR I'm playing on an old account that has low MMR from when I wasn't very good, Can I get banned for boosting or something?
