So if I got a 14 day suspension does this mean that I cant get my silver border at end of this season ?? Is there a way to work it off and get the reward !?

Silver is just shinier bronze. Gold is just shinier silver. Everyone Plat and below are just average or slightly above average players. Most players mid-silver and below are just plain bad.
You don't see 'GOOD' players until you start playing in plat+
I thought once I got silver things would change, but its just as trolly and worthless as bronze.
Then I thought once I got gold, things would change - and it did. People actually work together sometimes. You see some outplays. But not much. Still people throwing temper tantrums over not getting blue buff, still disconnects and leavers, still people that go 0/8 in lane. All that stays the same. But at least in gold, SOMETIMES, you'll get a team that actually works together to win.
Then I played with a few of my diamond buddies, and it was like watching people play an entirely different game. Planning the game out 3, 4 steps ahead of the next play and shit.
I consider myself a decent macro player, and these kids were making my head spin.
There's a HUUUUUUUUUUUGE difference between high silver / low gold and platinum+
But between bronze/silver/gold.... its all the same.
No, you've totally lost the rewards this season. Let that be a lesson though, try to stay honorable next season to stay eligible!

If you got banned after 8/22/2017 cutoff date, you are ineligible for ALL ranked rewards, including BORDERS and the newly implemented PROFILE INSIGNIA.
