Easy to see why you got punished really. They can't fix a broken community 100%, but I don't think the League community is broken. It's been VERY long since I had someone ruin a game by flaming or inting, and I can only attribute that to the punishment system.

You agreed to them keeping everything if you get banned. You have to agree, or you can't play the game. You can't just take that consent afterwards and try to say 'oh, I don't think it's fair you take my skins'. That's not how it works, nor how it should work.

They don't steal anything. You didn't own the skins to begin with. All you owned was a license to use the skins, and licenses can be revoked according to the rules you agreed upon.

Do some research. They already did this. People starting inting instead. Blizzards Overwatch game has the same problem, and Blizzard just realized it. So now they will try to focus on banning, more than restricting.
