Getting my Old Account back

So, I think about 2 years ago now my account got perma-banned. At first I was pissed as hell, thinking "Why me wtf? Everyone rages, this isn't fair, etc. etc." Then I realized that I had been a very toxic player for a very long time. (Honestly when I first started playing I wasn't then ranked warped me into one). So I decided I still wanted to play the game, but that it was too late to save my account... I wanted to try again. So I made a new account and have been playing it ever since, this is my current acc. I have been way less toxic and I don't think I have ever gotten a chat ban let alone a 14 day ban.

So I guess my point is this, the perma-ban worked. It made me realize that being toxic was pointless and not good for myself or the community. I am no longer toxic and am more often than not a pretty positive player.

My only question is, is there any way for me to get my old account back, and have another chance?

I was once known as, JacetheMindFcker

They used to have a "Level 20 Challenge" to let reformed players get their permabanned accounts back, but it was a failure;

Why can’t you give permanent banned players a second chance? You will receive a better player. Actually, this is the unfortunate problem. Allowing permanently banned players another chance is an extremely damaging cost. Do you know what the success rate of the Level 20 Challenge was? 5%. Do you know that for each person, they clearly outlined the toxic behaviors and had 1 on 1 conversations with the players to try to improve their behavior? These are players that were hand-picked by Player Support staff because they felt the pleas from these players were genuine. The success rate was still 5%.

Do you know how many games on average these players played? 100 games / month. When a permanently banned player fails to reform, they are creating miserable experiences for hundreds, maybe thousands of players a month. That's not a cheap cost or a low risk and we cannot consciously justify that, for the sake of the rest of our players.

Unfortunately they don't do this anymore and Riot does not typically reduce or remove punishments unless they were in error. Sorry, but you're out of luck. If you've truly reformed then you'll be able to keep playing on any new accounts though.

I'm sorry to say, but there is currently no way to get your account back. Riot does not reverse any permanent bans unless there was some form of error on their end.

The only thing you can do is wait for your old username to expire and then change your smurf's to that.
