Just an Idea, RIOT hear me out

This game is great. Riot you do a great job trying to weed out the trolls, intentional feeders, toxic players, hackers, etc. But can you please create an option to kick out trolls in champ select. I'm sitting on 20 minute LPQ b/c i thought I should do my team a favor and save them 20 minutes after I noticed my bot laner decided to troll. Abuse of the system is probably one of the biggest concerns, but can't you set a limit to it?
