opgg shows their soloq ranked, but you are playing in Flex queue. Flex queue has its own matchmaking and it has nothing to do with soloq ranks. It could be that based on their flex ranks, its a totally balanced game.

I wouldn't be surprised if op.gg draws those stats just from solo queue, which has a separate MMR system to flex.
