Do i get my plat border after being issued a 14 day ban?

I think the old borders are still up. I finished G2 yesterday, but mine still shows plat on my profile page.
If you were banned from 8/22 on, then the answer is no.
if you got the ban yesterday, no. if you got it today... yes you will get it.
No. 14 day ban disqualifies you from all rewards, including the border.
