I got permanantly banned for saying such thing?????

I was banned in the end of season7, for 14 days, that was because of I said" stay silver, noob. go fk yourself" to a 0/11 Zed. after 2 month. And yesterday I was banned again?!?!?!?! And this time is a permanently banned. I think this is unfair because ive already changed my attitude after the first time ban. In this game I was top Irelia, and my JG yi keep bm me and toxic to me because I lose my lane and didn't help him while he got invaded in jungle. Here is my chat log during that game, is this fair???

when I said" I'm inting" because that yi kept saying Im inting, and keep trash talk to me for exp I'm should play sup, fit me more something. This game was a gold 1 game, and I was demoted from plat, but trying to get back.

While only mild they are all forms of toxicity/negativity and since you only had a 14 day ban 2 months ago the system has seen this and picked up you haven't learned from before so you got a perma ban as even mild toxicity will lead to you getting a perma ban from a 14 day ban until you've truly reformed and you account is back in good standing in riots eyes.

I think this is unfair

because ive already changed my attitude after the first time ban.

if you changed your attitude then you wouldn't be banned right now

even if riot was to ignore the blatant toxicity in the rest of your chat, those 3 lines would be enough for perma if you just got off the 2 week ban. if you think it's unfair because they are minor agressions then i'll instruct you to educate yourself on how bans work because im frankly tired of repeating it
