I have been off league for the last 5 or so days and i come back to a suspension due to boosting.. i checked my match history and everything and other than my own games i dont seem to have been hacked (all my games are pretty standard with little to no elo gain) is it possible to speak directly to someone for a mistake made by them? is there any way to provide them with answers or any missing connections they might have had to assume i was cheating in this way? i am pretty disappointed that i wont get season rewards and worried being falsely accused again will result in being permanently banned...

Just looking at your match history:

You are a JG Main who is now spamming adc
You have games now where you can apparently farm on Jhin and get all kinds of kill and have a high KP
other jhin games where you have no idea on how to farm, get kills, not die and help the team.
Your warding patterns change btw on those anomaly games where you have stupidly high kills. For example, on an 8 kill game that you win you drop more wards than a game you had 34 kills in despite the 34 kill game being significantly longer. You almost double the amount of wards placed in a shorter game. You aren't buying pinks either so it isn't a gold investment. Also, your supports warding patterns were superior in the 8 kill game than the 34 kill game. So, you actually should have warded more to make up for their lack of wards in the 34 kill game.

I'd honestly would agree you are being boosted by someone. It looks like someone else is playing your account.
