i started having problems on my account around sep 22 nd 2016, i sent in a ticket because my friends list had been completely deleted and i didnt know why. i received an emial back from riot stating that my account had been accessed recently in several different countries. i unfortunately missed this email unti around oct 3rd. my entire account was hacked within this time period, and several purchases were made with my RP and IP points and $20 charged out of my bank account, that i did not authorize, on sep 28th 2016. i hadnt played league for almost 2 wks d/t work and general life things that i had to take care of, but between sept 22nd-oct 3rd, someone got into my account. they also transferred the entire account to Russia on oct 2nd using my RP points and money from my bank account.

when i logged into my account on oct 3rd, i couldnt access my account, and was unable to change my password or any other info related to my account. i went searching for my account and found it in Russia, under the name of Im a gay furry/Draaaaven. They played many games as Draven in ranked games (which i have never played, i havent played ranked since iv been on league) they also played a game as twisted fate and morgana, and they were very toxic. a ban was placed on my account as a result for 14 days. i managed to transfer my account back to the NA server and changed all of my info on my account (including passwords and email and changed my summoner name back to what i had it as). i sent in a ticket to riot about the whole thing and requested for some one to look into it, and to refund the charges against my account.

i was sent a reply stating that the issue was being trasferred to the "experts" on player behavior. a "Princess Bubblegum" reviewed the account and proceeded to tell me that i was appropriately punished per riots policy (even though it wasnt me playing on my account at the time), and the fact that my account was hacked and charges placed on my account is my own fault and pretty much justified. she didnt bother to research the account at all to see the sudden very drastic change in behavior in games or the purchases and tranfer to russia. she only looked at the "punishments and warnings" that were sent to my account when "Draaaaven" was playing the ranked games. i sent in another ticket requesting her to review the account more thouroughly or to send it to someone else to review, and did not hear back from anyone in 3 days. i then sent in a third ticket about the charges on my account and a complaint against "princess bublegum", and again requested for someone to review the account again....more thouroughly. it has now been another 3 days as of today 10/10/2016 and still i have not revceived a response from riot.

your 3 days includes the weekend.

player behavioral team in NA aren't working normally, so that 3 days is actually 1 day.

Then they need to investigate whether everything you said is true, going through the game history and play patterns.

Give them more time.

On a side note, please learn to paragraph properly.

really difficult to read when you mush together all that typing but anyway,

I've had my experiences with very weak support staff members from riot in the past, you really shouldn't put all your hopes and faith in the support ticket system, the only way your likely to have your account fully restored and all purchases not made by you reversed would probably be by getting a hold of a riot admin on the league reddit.

If you end up screwed in the end, then thats just the way it is, you'll have to improve yourself with more protection towards keyloggers and rootkits/viruses by utilizing better protection methods, and/or downloading things that are less likely to be fraudulent/phising for info. As well as avoid phising scam emails or ads. And the most obvious, not share your account or allow access to your pc.

Personally, I have my own gaming laptop, that I, and only I, have ever accessed, excluding the manufacturer upon its creation and mod manufacturer since it came from a custom pc website. No other person has ever touched my laptop, nor will anyone ever do so. I also use three programs which I have used consecutively for years, "Malwarebytes AntiMalware, iolo System Mechanic, Avast Antivirus Pro". All three of which are highly rated and popularly used programs for PC protection.

Also as a frequent torrent downloader, I download only ever from Extratorrent. BakaBT, and Nyaa torrents, and only ever if the user thats uploaded the torrent is a verified user and if that information can't be found, than only if the torrent has a very exceedingly high number of seeders and completed downloads, and i've reviewed comments if applicable.

Continuing these practices, frequently checking and updating programs, scanning for viruses and malware, and annual computer restorations, have resulted in me never actually being hacked.

Theres only three ways to get hacked, 1. allow someone else on your computer, 2. obtain a virus through various methods of PC usage, or 3. share your account. Avoiding these can lead to a much happier game life.

Good luck with getting yourself straightened out in this matter bud and stay safe!.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
