Player Support

Riot Support gets shit on constantly on this board, so here's a positive.

I perpetually hover between 10 and 25 game chat restrictions. I recently had a 10 game. Well imagine my suprise when I was kicked out of a game and escalated to 14 day.

I loaded up the riot support page, live chatted and didn't act like an asshat. Just stated I knew I was punishable but didn't understand the escalation.

Turns out it was an error and should have been 25 games. It was reverted and I was back to playing in less than 5 minutes.

Moral of the story, if you know you are correct but need some assistance, treat the dudes/dudetts on the other end with, at the very least, common courtesy.
