New Ranked restrictions
It would be better to change the restrictions for ranked at least to 10 champs with level 4 mastery its jjust a idea and that people jsut can pick herous with mastery 3 at least what do you think

It wouldn't do anything. You can just blindly grind out those games.
This would also ruin normal games when it's the case of a higher elo player leveling a new smurf. They would need to ruin like 100 normal games while getting S consistently to get the account eligible for ranked.
Next thing people are gonna say is "Plz make it so you need an S on 10 champs before ranked Rito plz"
