First game I had to quit in league of legends. And question.

How do I block or ban people from ever playing with me again? Because I couldn't even fking stand staying there the whole way. So I wasn't even able to report them. But I really want to report them all. They we're all fking feeding and standing there doing nothing the whole fing match. Its was all on purpose. I'm legit pissed off right now, and sure its "bots" but if this was my first game, I'd never play again. It was that fking bad. And it didn't help that the load time to get in the match was like 10 minutes. And the game glitched out on me. (I think) Where I couldn't even buy potions in the beginning and I had the money to do so...but then late game I suddenly could. So unless this character has a very weird quirk. The game glitched on me too. Because I already know blocking does nothing in all of these MOBA games,

I seriously was thinking about putting a little money into this game because I (usually) have fun. But this game alone, stopped my credit card its f**king tracks. Like worst feeding/chatting since I started playing, and ranks up their with one of my most pissed off I've ever been at a moba bot game.

And the forum was screwing up too. I had to log in like 7 times, because the first time I logged in, I automatically logged out for no reason, then my correct password was wrong 6 times. So, excuse my rant. I needed to vent.

So, rant aside. If I could learn how to at least report these accounts, I'd appreciate it and how do people even tolerate sh*t like this...(do I really have go to support and will they actually do anything?)
