So I've been banned and would like to know why or what proof there is backing such ban, I never received an e-mail like it stated I would addressing the manner. So RIOT what would this be for, I mean I've put $300+ into the game since season 3. So I at least deserve a decent explanation. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
If you haven't received an e-mail (be sure to check the spam folder if you haven't), and attempting to log into the client yields no information, then your best bet would be to submit a support ticket, asking for the information regarding your ban. Try to be patient as Player Support is pretty much always swamped with tickets, so it may take a while to get a response.
Ok, 1) you need to have done something, like spamming, afk, or verbal abbuse, there is no ban for no reason 2)the amount of money you put in the game means nothing

You are just a number to riot, but if u wanna create a new acc and spend the money all over its all good, riot welcomes u to do so. The reforming part and trying to improve the community is just corporate babble and excuses for how to make more money out of people. This is why im never going to spend even 1 eur on this game.
