So I've been banned and would like to know why or what proof there is backing such ban, I never received an e-mail like it stated I would addressing the manner. So RIOT what would this be for, I mean I've put $300+ into the game since season 3. So I at least deserve a decent explanation. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
Zombiemaster3 votesIf you haven't received an e-mail (be sure to check the spam folder if you haven't), and attempting to log into the client yields no information, then your best bet would be to submit a support ticket, asking for the information regarding your ban. Try to be patient as Player Support is pretty much always swamped with tickets, so it may take a while to get a response.

Underling Linda1 votesOk, 1) you need to have done something, like spamming, afk, or verbal abbuse, there is no ban for no reason 2)the amount of money you put in the game means nothing

Although it is okay, I really don't mind it on my post, maybe you just misread my post or misunderstood it.
Tony1bb1 votesI feel your pain... I just found out I have MS, Which is a disease if you don't know, I have my main account banned for no reason. I think due to my bi-polar/schizophrenia - something along the lines of a long-term mental disorder of a type involving a breakdown in the relation between thought, emotion, and behavior, leading to faulty perception, inappropriate actions and feelings, So I do apologize for being toxic in a few games, I'm currently receiving professional help. I'm asking you guys for one more chance, I will show teamwork, and great team effort and feedback, and communicate as positive as I possibly can, I just came out of the hospital as a new man except the fact that I have MS and I may not be around very long or move certain parts of my body, I was hoping this is a case you could look into and maybe solve out of generosity. I have proof all medical papers, Diagnoses, Etc All I'm asking is for another shot at enjoying the game on my Main account I've spent 4-5 years playing on and 400+ $ I'd love to purchase some new skins but not on another account. You are just a number to riot, but if u wanna create a new acc and spend the money all over its all good, riot welcomes u to do so. The reforming part and trying to improve the community is just corporate babble and excuses for how to make more money out of people. This is why im never going to spend even 1 eur on this game.
