I really hope you can expose me and convice me how did i get a permaban after one game returning from the well deserved 2 weeks ban. And in the whole game i flamed one time when my no-mana,energy jungler smited the Blue i was taking and died 2 times in one min by doing a solo drake :)

Thats kind of how it works after a two week ban. When people say you are on thin ice, its actually a vast understatement. You have to be extremely careful as anything Riot considers toxic whatsoever will lead to a permaban.

You just ended your 14 days suspension, and your next one WILL be a permaban. So congrats for being toxic again by your own free will.
Honestly, if you just came back from a two-week ban - Hate to break it to you, but even the slightest report for a hiccup will set in motion a perma.
