Riot really needs to do something about bots in ARAM

Agreed. I had a game, admittedly very early this morning, where there were three bots on my team and four on the other. It was literally 2v1.

tbf bots are banned in waves. Riot 1st has to decide what qualifies as a bot Then group the bots together then ban in waves after big ban waves bots die away for a bit while the bot programmers redevelop the bot to be harder to detect, thus the cycle continues

Riot is doing something about it, but it's impossible to deal with them. I mean, even if Riot bans a thousand bot accounts now, within the next minute a million bot accounts will get generated because that's just how easy account creation is, and banning these accounts do not hurt botters in the slightest.

The only real solution I can see to deal with botting issue is make account creation cost a small fee, like even just 1$, it's not meant to make players pay to play but to prevent botters from making zillions of accounts without hurting their wallet. However, that alters the very nature of this free to play game so I doubt it will ever be considered.
