Chat Restriction
I have been chat restricted multiple times--serving 10 game bans each time. What am I doing? All I do is type in all-caps.

Typing only in all-caps might be part of the problem since other players are probably taking it as you yelling at them. Try typing normally instead. It might go better for you.
It might not be "How" you are typing but "What" you are typing that is the problem. All caps certainly wont help anything but the content is most likely to be the factor here.
