Report description
Does it help if you include a description when you report someone? Since Riot added the instant feedback system, how are they going to read the description?

I normally give a description...I feel it helps
If it was for something they said in game, there really isn't a reason. Might want to note if it occurred in pre/post-game chat, but I would think that the system automatically checks that anyway. You should provide a description for most other circumstances, since other methods of trolling are less easy to detect.
I would imagine that if a player continued to get a lot of reports but not get banned, some flags would go up for a manual check of things that the automatic system would miss.
And report descriptions would probably help the people checking things manually.
It helps you will get note if they banned that player or not
