Does it help if you include a description when you report someone? Since Riot added the instant feedback system, how are they going to read the description?

I normally give a description...I feel it helps

If it was for something they said in game, there really isn't a reason. Might want to note if it occurred in pre/post-game chat, but I would think that the system automatically checks that anyway. You should provide a description for most other circumstances, since other methods of trolling are less easy to detect.

The "other methods of trolling" could be a good reason for providing descriptions, but I'm just not sure if they would ever be read by the instant feedback system.

They do check...Or at least a Rioter told me they did...

They also said a brief description is helpful....Don't write a thesis, just maybe a "Check around "x:xx" game time", or tell 'em it's in pre/post game chat.

Also said that tickets w/ screenys are an acceptable way to report people as well.

Well I did submit a ticket with screenshot.

But they didn't do anything with it, since they said I already reported the player using the in-game reporting system, so they didn't have to act on my ticket.

Hm..Never had 'em say that before...Then again, I don't tell 'em I submit in game either. :P

I would imagine that if a player continued to get a lot of reports but not get banned, some flags would go up for a manual check of things that the automatic system would miss.

And report descriptions would probably help the people checking things manually.
