How long do the ban emails usually take to go out?
It has been ~20 hours since my ban and I still have not received an email explaining what for.

2-3 days.
Will be more since its the weekend.
If you log into the client and have no reason a lot of times that's for pre and post game trolling. Be honest son, did you make fun of someone's intellectual disabilities in the post game chat a few games?
The email should be sent out at the same time as when the ban is placed. If you have not received an email yet, you can:
- Check the spam filter
- Check to make sure your account is linked to the correct email address
- Send a ticket into support
If you are talking about the email that is supposed to go out with a punishment it should be mostly instant. If you didn't get one after like 1h something then there was a problem and you most likely never will. Maybe your address wasn't up to date, it got caught in some filter, or it was never sent for w/e reason.
You should submit a support ticket if you didn't get an email after that long.
I never got one at all.
Still waiting for an email from June-ish.
