So, I got a report and a message for unsportsmanlike behavior even tho I looked at my chat logs and I didn't say anything in any game rude towards an opponent or my team. Please riot, why? I don't want a ban for no reason.

are you sure it wasnt the message that someone you reported was punished. Normally if you got punished it would show your chatlogs. And youd be chatbanned/banned
Can you either post the chat logs, or the response to the service ticket you should have created?
Unsportsmanlike doesn't necessarily mean talking. Denying farm to a team member who's behind, would be a jerk move for example; refusing to follow up or give cover-fire to your team in a fight, is another.
