> here is the chat in which I got permanent banned on my account, although the whole entire game my team was telling me to kill myself when the whole time I wasn't truly being offensive towards someone. I was being told im garbage to what seemed like every 5 seconds and to kill myself that I shouldn't be in ranked and keeping all my anger in I tried not to be toxic without a humorous tone. Although I may have been some what toxic why am I the one being banned? Summoner 1 tells Summoner 2 to kill himself and he is garbage then summoner one afk's and Summoner 2 is banned? If anything this seems to be broken not to mention I was banned 2-5 minutes after the game ended meaning it was probably an automatic ban although im not 100% sure on this. I've been playing this game since season 2 and now I am banned just like that for the reason of being told to kill myself? The most toxic thing I said throughout the game was boosted which I believe to be a humorous thing for both sides unless it is supported with other toxicity from the summoner. I think this is ridiculous... I hope at-least someone can understand where i'm coming from and maybe help me get this resolved although I doubt it. Im sure most people will just agree I should be banned but I don't believe a permanent ban is needed for this if anything a mute should be in place. I would also like to mention that I was banned previously for calling another summoner toxic because I was in another similar situation where the other summoner was being overly aggressive ( I doubt they got any punishment for acting aggressive towards me).

The reason I am bringing this situation to you is because I want to see feedback to see if anyone has had similar situations such as tyler1's recent ban , and if you have any tips to help any possible routes out of this situation.

  • Report and mute announcing.
  • Don't accuse, insult or belittle other players.
  • Don't bring the toxicity of previous matches into new ones.
  • Don't create toxicity or provoke toxicity in others.
  • Don't threaten others indirectly or otherwise.

You just end up making matters worse when you do any of the above. The offender tilts harder, and your team loses trust in you.

  • Don't announce your intention to mute or report.

These are considered toxic, because like above it just causes the accused to tilt or rage harder, which makes matters worse for everyone else.

The other players are judged separately if they were reported. Your case is judged solely on your actions.

Didn't seem toxic to me, but you have been punished enough to get to perma level, so the smallest offense will perma ban you on the spot no questions asked. These might not be full logs, but I don't see what you'd get from lying. I think your problem is you don't take breaks after bad losses, having afks, or just bad games overall, which loses you lane, and causes you to have a negative attitude. You were obviously on tilt this game. Maybe take a break, make a new account, try taking breaks, muting people, and just not being toxic. It's not hard, I have a hard time understanding how people returning from 14 day bans can continue to be toxic knowing the consequence to come. Good luck, don't be toxic.
