Your team banning the champion you want to play

This should be a report-able offense. It irritates the player and makes the game rough mentally. I understand why people do it in rank but even then, you should aim to create a bad atmosphere. @Riot what do you think?

If you want to report them, fine. Just don't be the guy who spends the next 20+min verbally abusing them and inting to teach them a lesson and be shocked when you get banned.

The problem is you have to put up with them for xx minutes and REMEMBER to report. And even then you don't have screenshot abilities on LoL.

Only exception is if you are doing something completely off as fifth pick with maybe someone who is likely to get picked. Like if you are going Lulu top that is fine by me. But if you are fifth pick Lulu top, unless we have someone to trade it is a bad deal. It would basically have to be a common champ who would really screw up another lane if stolen.

It depends on the situation. If you pick, for example, Lulu top and the supp two picks under you just bans her because if he can't have her you won't have either, isn't just offensive but quite pathetic. On the other hand, if you are 10th pick and you ask to don't ban Lulu, I will still ban her without anything personal against you, just by the fact that this would mean 95% to have an enemy Lulu and not more than 5% that you will get her at the very end. So I will just ban without tears.
