Doesn't matter how much the enemy, or your own team shit talks you. As long as you respond back and they have a larger group, you will get banned. Look at my account, got flamed by a teemo on the enemy team and a yi on my own team, however because i responded by saying shitter once, and noob a few times, i get 14 day ban. they get nothing

Premade reports are reduced to be no more effective than a single solo report. Your punishment is based on your negative behavior and how consistently you're being reported for it and nothing else. Whether they get punished or not is irrelevant, but if they don't, it's probably because they aren't doing it as much as you.

You also don't get a 14 day ban just for calling someone a noob and saying shitter; this would've been the culmination of multiple prior punishments and a history of negative behavior. There are 4 tiers of punishment which are typically given one at a time in order;

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

Normally you start at the bottom and move up one step each time you're punished again, but severe behavior may result in skipping steps.

You can respond all you like. So long as you don't retaliate like a 12 year old would you'll be fine.

Be an adult and just use the mute button.
