ModThe Djinn3 votesThe short version is that yes, this is normal. From your chat logs, you told another player to kill themselves -- twice. That's one of Riot's zero-tolerance policy, as no game is important enough that it merits telling another player to harm themselves.

A chat ban won't do anything for the community. This game isn't about what you want. This game is about what the community wants as a whole due to this game being a team game.
