I've been perm banned. Yeah sure I said dumb shit, but I only got 1 chat restriction, then 2 week suspension, then a perm banned. Why does it take such little time to get perm banned? The match that just got me perm banned was me retaliating against trolls too. This is hilarious

Simply speaking, retaliation is not an acceptable or justifiable behavior. An argument between two players can easily create a negative experience for the rest players in the game with you. Regardless of the other player’s actions, this does not justify your own behavior. You alone are responsible for your actions within the game. If you encounter a toxic player like this, the best option is to simply report their behavior and move on.
Punishments work in 4 steps;
Typically it goes in order, but in the most severe cases Riot will manually escalate your punishment. It takes 3 months without punishment for your next tier to drop down 1 step. If you got to a permaban by level 14, your behavior is way out of line. Take a moment and read through the Summoner's Code. Let me know if you have any questions.
Also, if you share your reform card (which is emailed to you and displayed when you log into the client) we can probably show you where you're going wrong.
Retaliation is no excuse. You get 2 chat bans, 2 week ban, them permanent ban. Thems the breaks now. Let's see the chat log.

You got 3 strikes, sometimes Riot only gives players 1 strike before they send you packing.

Retaliation is NEVER accepted. If you didn't learn your lesson after that many punishments, and didn't reform, you earned the ban.

You have just said so yourself. You were already punished quite a few times, and you still kept your toxic attitude til you earned the permabanned status. Good luck making a new account.

How many more warning do you need to know that you should stop being toxic to your fellow players? If a 2 weeks suspension wasn't enough then you aren't likely to get the hint anytime soon.
