Riot support is THE worst

I AM NOT ASKING TO BE UNBANNED

EDIT: The status of the new ticket, apparently no one reads.

This is not about my behaviour but rather about Riot's

Recently, my account for permabanned for hacking. Was I guilty of cheating? No. Were there programs I shouldn't have had? Probably. There's a number of third party programs that Riot doesn't allow now such as old Curse because they can't regulate it or whatever.

But that's not my point here. I sent in numerous tickets disputing it, asking how to prevent this in the future, and repeatedly got automated answers stating that "they cannot reveal any information and the ban will not be reversed". Obviously these answers are unsatisfactory since I don't want to play on a faulty client and get another account banned. Eventually I got so fed up with the awful responses I'd been getting that I sent in a ticket asking to speak to Riot about their awful support. Low and behold I get the very same employee I'd been talking to tell me that he won't send this ticket to someone else (to cover his own ass?).

I've already stated I'm not asking to be unbanned, but re-stating it again since Riot employees tend to miss that part. I would have liked to resolve all this in tickets but apparently Riot doesn't usually take action until it is brought to the forums where everyone can see it.

Bump or upvote if you want a better League of Legends support system where you don't get generic responses that have nothing to do with your ticket.

Here's one of the many incidents where I've been accused of scripting on stream. As you can see, not much validity not to mention that most games are in fact streamed

EDIT: Riot had the time to delete my post originally for being in the wrong sub-board, but no time to read and reply to it?

The moderators are a third party, not Riot. They can't reply to you about your ban any more than you can fix someone else's.

The response you got about your ban was standard. They can look into your case for you upon request (as it looks like they probably did in the ticket you aren't showing that was referenced), but when they verify the charges again manually the case is closed. They can not tell you what they found either, because that information can be used by people to avoid detection.

Could you share the other ticket?

You prevent it in the future by removing 100% of 3rd party mods.

All mods are against the ToS even though it is only selectively enforced with certain things sort of being considered ok(like skin changers). But all mods are "use at your own risk"

I feel like a core part of this problem with Riot's support staff is that they have nothing to gain except by answering and closing as many tickets as possible and nothing to lose unless they make a truly egregious error. I imagine it can feel like dealing with Verizon or Comcast's customer service, where if it is at all ban-related they simply don't care or don't have time to care about individual cases.

That said I don't think we could ever expect any different. With as many customers as League has, there is no way they could afford to give every support ticket a lot of time and attention.

Also, just found out Curse Voice is indeed on League's list of allowed 3rd party programs.

Their support is probably the worst of any online game I've ever experienced. Back when EU had that MkLol ban wave a few weeks ago, I sent a ticket asking a whole bunch of legit questions like if I would be able to repeal my ban if I made a new account and went an X amount of time with no problems/reports/flagging/etc. They completely skipped over all of these questions, and zoomed in on the line "some people put their lives into this game" and this support worker copy-pasted only suicide hotline links instead of actually just answering the questions. I was both really offended and really amused so since then I've decided to never ask Riot Support for anything account related ever again.

I'm frustrated about the ban but this post is more about how I get treated by Riot employees. I'm about 95% resigned to the fact that I won't be getting my account back but it's pretty impressive how rude they can be while sticking to copy and paste.
