The system is a load of garbage. Riot, you claim you restrict players from "crafting" as a form of punishment. This is a total utter lie. You're more than happy when a restricted player buys one of your 10 box bundles and uses them all, except you don't allow champion mastery shards to drop for restricted players? What does cursing have to do with champion skill level? Nothing. Sure, restricting rewards for people who smack talk makes some kind of sense, however to not allow them to progress on champ mastery level is bs. Do you WANT people to aim for sub-S scores, because it makes no difference since you can't get the rewards anyways? You have a negative feedback loop. No rewards = no try = frustrate you and team = cursing = no rewards = repeat ... Change your ways you incompetent "player behavior specialists." You don't know half of what an ape does about psychology and behavior.

that will make them permabanned. so no it is not a evil loop. it will end pretty quick in a permaban =)

they might not be able to separate the mastery tokens from hextech, they drop similar to chests and require blue essence. i see where you're coming from(at least with tokens) and i'm sure its frustrating but it might be hard for them to move the tokens from hextech style drops while still having them be involved with hextech... also you can change your ways, only you control your reactions. also even if riot is happy to sell someone a 10 box bundle not getting the free ones is still a form of punishment that people can eventually get back, which will probably make them happy too. i recommend you just mute everyone and you don't use chat so you don't get reports and can get your rewards soon
