Yes, it's toxic, but naming and shaming is against the board rules. Did you report him?

The format you chose to present the interaction in is difficult to follow. Also, Naming and Shaming isn't allowed on the forums. If you're talking about the negative actions of someone else, you should hide their name, so that the conversation can focus on the actions and not the people.

Additionally, reporting in the end game screen is the best place to report people. Forum posts don't lead to punishment.
