Riot Support Button doesn't work.
recently ive been on a hotstreak with my Vel'koz because i used to be a gold III support main on my main account. it was perma banned after long use due to riot not having clear cut instructions of what you can and cannot say due to the fact that they're "Chat Rules" are very loosely interpretated by every single person who gets to play this game. That being said i win about 2/3 games not really in order something like 3 wins 2 losses 5 more wins 3 losses or something like that. However ive played a few games recently where we won but because im playing a controverisial AP heavy Damage dealing vel'koz bot lane i usually get a lot of scrute over how i play and what my build is. that being said as well i wanna describe the 3 games then the problem im here for. game one started off well with my team going 6/0 about 8 minutes in and i ping to go dragon but jungle ignores me and walks to red. I knowing that i needed something to push the bot lane lead we had stole his blue and he instantly disconnected. I shook some kerosine coated salt on his tiny little firestarting head by laughing at him calling him a child and stealing his blue for the rest of the game. i played super well and so did he except the adc was his duo and started telling everyone i was toxic and to report me. this being AFTER they both died and admited to intentionally feeding in chat. but i got banned. next game. started off well again with what i believe was our first blood during a small invade. we continued to play well untill the enemy jungler started securing objective after objective our bot lane was losing and continued to feed even though he didnt need to just to get 1 kill. he would throw teamfights because he had no self control and didnt care. im not saying im innocent in these games because i definetly flamed them but thats not a punishable crime. you cant micromanage a game to that point because thats communication. generals in armies dont talk lightly to eachother in war zones and when you're playing a game that emulates that kind of high tension scenario it would be entrapment to say that being rude is unnaceptable because you also promote teamwork as and essential part of the game. You cant just flip and flop like the great donald between teams working together as the winning factor in most games then ban someone because they were salty a team member wasn't complying with the teams wishes. not to mention the fact that the player based tribunal isn't even up to the people who wrote these rules in the first place. a duo in the first game convinced the entire enemy team i was toxic just because i stole blues but him and his friend both died on purpose and admited to it while one went afk and came back after 2 minutes with no retribution. these are things that actually lose games but nothing is being done because everyone is too afraid to speak back becuase due to the VERY clear ban that i just got talking back to a troll is a permanently bannable experience. so without any consistancy to speak of these bans aren't for the player based community its for riot to ban as many account as they can so when someone like my THOUROGHLY enjoys playing this game i have to make a new account and spend a need 200$ buying the few champs i like to play and at least 1 decent skin for them. all the while i cant post this in a support ticket to get personal help because that one button out of all of the buttons in this website is broken every time anyone has a problem. Im demanding to talk to a support customer or so help me riot i will take my experience and share it with everyone until they understand how wrong you have it and i will take down this false accusation system currently in place along with all the designers who thought it would be okay to have such a silly thing. Even now all im demanding are reasonable explanation for rules widely thought to be flawed and i bet riot points that the league supervisors laugh it off while they block this thread but if that does happen i will take this to the next level.
