E - Mail Stating a Ban?

Wished I had kept it but didn't think anything of it since years ago there were lots of fake Riot E-mails for bans in my messages. So I assumed this one was a fake especially since I haven't played since 2016, but checked my history and changed my information afterwards.

Then later down the road I got curious and logged in via another PC, mine is dead. Stated I was permanently banned, for the amount of years I've played I've never been flagged, warned, or banned let alone permanently banned.

I sent a ticket in but doubt it'll get reviewed by the end of the year, I just felt like slightly trying to figure out the issue and fix it. Was just about ready to get new PC to get back into League.

Doesn't matter if I can or can't get it back the system is what it is, I'll just divert attention else where.

... Why do you doubt it'll get reviewed?

Security lock bans happen from time to time. Support tickets can take a day or several to get back to you, but they will get back to you. Once you prove yourself to be the original account owner, you'll get your account back.

So you haven't played since 2016, you don't really care if to get the account back, you already commit yourself to something else.....what's the problem?

  1. If it doesn't matter then why did you make a post about it?

  2. Riot sometimes does this when they detect that an account is compromised. If you submit a support ticket they can investigate and they might be able to unban your account. Don't get your hopes up though, especially if you're lying about any of this, because they can see plainly if you are.
