Being Perma Banned/Poor riot support

Intro: When I went to customer support they just said "we aren't going to unban you" and closed my ticket, that's why I am posting on the forums.

Hey guys, my account is: Leftnutoffaker. I have spent 3 years playing league and have spent over $2,000 on this game. I was recently permabanned and accused of using 3rd party hacks and modifications. When I asked how/why they thought I was (I assume scripting?) they simply said they "can't disclose this information because it has been abused in the past by other players." Then they said they are "100% absolutely sure" before permabanning any players. ----> Let's not forget the infamous ban wave that Riot initiated about 7 months ago where people were banned for custom skins and other things that didn't actually modify gameplay. I've never even used custom skins or jungle timers.

This doesn't make sense. I have never used a hack or modification before. Never have received a warning so I could discuss whatever it is they think is a "hack or modification". My laptop is so shitty I can't even use overlays like curse voice or other voice services.

How can riot be 100% absolutely sure, when I have never hacked (or done anything of the sort), meaning that there is literally 0 evidence of any sort of system abuse.

I post this here because i want real help figuring out WHY I was banned, HOW riot deduced that I use "hacks", and also what I can do to get my account back. My Customer support representative was "Jenny711"

TL:DR Please help me make this post noticed by Riot. I can't get help from their customer support and this is the only way they may help me recover my account that was randomly perma-banned. Even if you do not believe me, at least bump the post so Riot could then humiliate me for you.

Sometimes it's because someone else got your account info and used them on it, or you played on a foreign computer that had these present in the client without your knowledge, things like that. If you believe your account was compromised, say so and we can go from there.

If they said you were cheating then chances are cheating did happen on your account.

Some examples.

  1. you paid a booster to boost your account. The booster in question used a cheat program to win his games.

  2. you shared an account with a friend who cheated on it

  3. you installed a cheat program long ago to try it once then uninstalled.

  4. you installed a cheat program without knowing it was illigal.

  5. you flat out cheated.

All of these are common ways to get banned for scripting/cheating. In the end you are responsible for your account so if you freely lend your account to a booster or friend or family member and they cheat with it then it is YOUR fault, not theirs.

Sorry to hear you have had such a bad time Eric. To be honest I have no doubt that you are innocent as your story sounds so similar to mine it is not funny. I really think we should group together to get riot to notice this shit as they are banning innocent people.

managed to get his account unbanned but it really took a lot of people to notice before they even lifted a finger.
