Being Perma Banned/Poor riot support
Intro: When I went to customer support they just said "we aren't going to unban you" and closed my ticket, that's why I am posting on the forums.
Hey guys, my account is: Leftnutoffaker. I have spent 3 years playing league and have spent over $2,000 on this game. I was recently permabanned and accused of using 3rd party hacks and modifications. When I asked how/why they thought I was (I assume scripting?) they simply said they "can't disclose this information because it has been abused in the past by other players." Then they said they are "100% absolutely sure" before permabanning any players. ----> Let's not forget the infamous ban wave that Riot initiated about 7 months ago where people were banned for custom skins and other things that didn't actually modify gameplay. I've never even used custom skins or jungle timers.
This doesn't make sense. I have never used a hack or modification before. Never have received a warning so I could discuss whatever it is they think is a "hack or modification". My laptop is so shitty I can't even use overlays like curse voice or other voice services.
How can riot be 100% absolutely sure, when I have never hacked (or done anything of the sort), meaning that there is literally 0 evidence of any sort of system abuse.
I post this here because i want real help figuring out WHY I was banned, HOW riot deduced that I use "hacks", and also what I can do to get my account back. My Customer support representative was "Jenny711"
TL:DR Please help me make this post noticed by Riot. I can't get help from their customer support and this is the only way they may help me recover my account that was randomly perma-banned. Even if you do not believe me, at least bump the post so Riot could then humiliate me for you.
