So I was unfairly banned for 14 days. This automatic tribunal punishment system Riot has created is simply ridiculous. I'm posting my chat log so you can see for yourselves. This is getting out of hand, everything you say needs to be censored to such an extreme that it's not fair or fun anymore. This is a video game and you simply can't be so touchy with what people say or you shouldn't be playing online. The best online games are the ones where you are free to express yourself and curse and rage if you have to, everyone does it. But to go to this extreme to censor players and take away all the hours and money they have put onto this game is unfair and underhanded. Tribunal should be toned down and fixed ASAP in my opinion. What do you guys think? I welcome all comments.

Yup, we lost that game. My mid laner and bot were feeding uncontrollably and on purpose to throw the game because they were spamming FF and running into their team repeatedly. Did they get banned? Probably not.. but that's not the point. I want to know what you guys think about the fairness that the carry of the team got banned for trying hard and being mad at feeders based on this chat log.

your poll is shit "no, keep banning everyone" its 0,06% or something like that and not "everyone"

It's hard to get banned. To get punished for this, it would mean you are consistently negative and have already received chat restrictions prior to this. In extreme cases such as the use of hate speech and death threats, they may skip multiple punishment tiers for few or single offenses. Tiers are as follows;

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

It takes 3 months for your punishment tier to drop 1 step. If you continue this behavior when your ban is over, you'll just be given a permaban. Asking to report or threatening to report a player is harassment and not tolerated, and calling your teammates stupid and constantly berating them for their actions is also unsportsmanlike conduct that may get you punished.

Accusing/ Blaming teammates. Belittling teammates skill.

Report calling/ begging is considered toxic.

Reports do not lead directly to punishment. They lead to a review of the match for the player being reported. 9 reports are no different than 1 report, it just flags the match for review.

You don't need to ask others to report, because yours is all that is needed to get a match review for the reported player.

Report begging does nothing, and causes the accused to further tilt and potentially ruining the match for everyone else.

I think this chat log is punish worthy.
