Don't Think This Deserves A Perma-ban

Pretty much, I queued up for a ranked game, and two people were premade, a guy who was given top and another one who was autofilled support and wanted to jungle. Obviously, instead of them politely asking to swap, so that the guy autofilled could go jungle (which I didn't have a problem of doing because I was feeling good and generous that day), they decide to instead ban my lee sin, tell me that the other guy is way, way better than me at jungle, and how bad I am without ever seeing me play before, or even having time to look me up at op.gg. The guy was also shadowing Kayn without me giving him the role, however he didn't pick him in the end and instead picked thresh because the other team picked Kayn. So, no, clearly I didn't give up jungle, because you simply don't do that to someone who does that to you. So, in-game they intentionally fed (combined score of 2/17), continuously flamed me, and to top it all off, told the enemy team to report me (BTW love how they are not getting banned for all this, it's simply whoever gets reported the most that gets banned with the current system). I was a bit toxic here and there but nothing too much, the worse thing I did was call Garen a "dumbass" after he tried telling me he didn't know I was gonna play lee, even though he did it because he didn't want me to jungle, he wanted to annoy me and have to give up my role and besides, it says it anyway that a teammate has chosen that champion, but then he also said "what's wrong with banning lee". However, besides that I had used chat normally for the most part, and what I said doesn't compare to what they did. I feel as if I was victimized. Even our midlaner Fizz, who was nice throughout the game I think got banned since he hasn't played since that game. I think that's because like me, he was harassed and then the duo simply said to report him in all chat. Anyway, I will post my chat logs below, but Riot if you are reading this, please give me one more chance to prove to you that I will refrain from bad behavior and that I will never again misuse chat. After all, this was my second ever game in which I "crossed the line", as I did receive a two week ban 3-4 moths back, which I cannot argue about as I feel like I deserved that, and truly feel bad. However, I have played over 2000 games and I have only shown bad behavior in two of them. I do not think that calls for a permanent suspension. Did you have a 14 day ban before? If yes then its justified. Calling out others scores when they arent doing well, calling other guy autistic calling your team shit.

I forgot to mention, when I said "'is this the part where i say he's autistic'", I quoted Garen because whenever me and the Fizz would try to defend ourselves in all Chat, Garen would always say "Don't listen to him, he's austistic" or "He doesn't know what he's saying, he's retarded", so I sorta said that as a joke to break the ice and try to cool things down, and it worked for a bit but then we kept getting flamed :(

Source ? because it's 100% wrong dude only one report is enough to trigger the system, multiple reports are totally irrelevant otherwise premade would have an unfair advantage...

The thing is that once you've received a 14d ban, you're on thin ice and even minor toxicity can get you banned, riot is expecting you to learn from your mistakes.

Doesn't matter at all, with chat punishments, context isn't taken into account, only what you did and what you said matter. They started it first ? Doesn't matter either by replying with toxicity you're lowering yourself to their level.

Is it that hard to get that all those dudes wanted is to get you mad ? They won ! Next time just dodge or mute but don't play their game.

That chat simply deserves a punishment. Since you got a perma, we can assume you got a 14-day ban before meaning you didn't learn from your previous punishments.
