I just got 14 day banned for 1 game, but I am not mad because of my history with bans... Could I somehow message Riot Game and make them cut my ability of chatting(/ignore all doesn't do the trick for me)? I can't keep my wits and I am making it harder for both me and teammates(4 perma bans, 3 14-day suspensions)

No. Learn self control it isn't too hard. Try hitting esc instead of enter.

Remove the Enter key from your keyboard. Problem solved.
