I just got 14 day banned for 1 game, but I am not mad because of my history with bans... Could I somehow message Riot Game and make them cut my ability of chatting(/ignore all doesn't do the trick for me)? I can't keep my wits and I am making it harder for both me and teammates(4 perma bans, 3 14-day suspensions)

No. Learn self control it isn't too hard. Try hitting esc instead of enter.

Everytime you vent at your team, remember a couple of things:

If they (team) refuse to listen to you, they wouldn't listen anyway.
They most likely do it to everyone.
They won't change.
Calling them names doesn't do anything.
You can't fix stupid.
Ignorance can be fixed, but it takes more than a couple of games for some people.
Don't play the game if you think you are causing problems.
It is not worth ruining three members experience if you are mad at one person.
To calm: Breath in through your nose for four seconds, hold for four seconds, breath out through your mouth for four seconds, hold for four seconds, and repeat the process until you calm down.

Go to customer support and ask if you really want what you want. Going here won't get you anything but self-control techniques, trolling, and childish name calling towards you.
