Finally we have this kind of board
But what the purpose of this board? Can we finally ban player from outside of the game now? Behavior Behavior, I'm sure we all will come to the same conclusion

The purpose of this board is to discuss the behavior systems in place, help people understand their restrictions, look into reform methods, etc. None of us are able to ban players from outside the game currently, but hopefully the Tribunal returns with a vengeance!

For players who commit offenses outside of matches or who violate the Terms of Service but don't fall under one of the standard categories, you can send Riot a report by submitting a ticket to Riot Games Player Support with a screenshot of the said offenses and any additional information that you'd like to add.
If you're unsure where to put your ticket in, just select: [I have a question about League of Legends/Riot Games.] > [Game and Features] > [General Questions]
Beyond that, the Player Behavior & Moderation Boards are primarily for discussing things related to the Player Behavior & Reform systems behind League of Legends.
