I am all but certain that would fall under competitive BSing so long as you aren't using it to harass someone (and if someone's constantly dying to you prolly best to not say it all the dang time lel).

Honestly doubt you would be banned for saying just that. But 50/50 chance you may get salt report if you say it every single kill. Best make sure you don't have any OTHER punishable offenses if you're going for it.

I would call it trash talk.

I personally don't like trash talking to the other team because then if I win, I don't know if it's because I used mind games to beat them or if I really am just better than they are... and I'd rather win on merit.
