AFK players in Ranked games

OK, so let's start with the beggining. Currently I am in silver 3 and I mostly play ranked games. What I've noticed by playing so much is the huge amount of time you invest into this game and the system's keep giving you bad games to experience. What I'm reffering to is AFK players, trollers and intentionally feeders . I've encountered like 10 games out of 30 with AFK and trollers in my team and after I reported them , RIOT did their job or at least I think they did since they noticed me that they punished the players I reported and thanked me for the "assists" , but my games still do NOT improve, I get the same AFK and toxic players over and over again. Can somebody explain to me what is going on because I invest so much time into this game and the bad experience looks like it is never ending !!!

You make it sound like Silver Bronze aren't the pettiest collection of players in LoL I feel like the majority of silver are only in silver because they tilt or refuse to play the game properly at all

(Which would be me because i don't enjoy playing the game properly.. Teedo support is the shit)

Riot does not punish people who truly ruin games only if u say mean things this game honestly sucks anymore cause of it rather it be instant ban for afking even more so when u brag your doing it but this snowflake land where u get banned for telling the idiot to go kill themselves and die of cancer
