False positive, permanently banned and literally no help from support tickets
I'm posting here as a pretty much last ditch plea for help from a "Rioter"
5 days ago after a game of urf I recieved a "player banned" message. Came at quite the shock as it booted me from the client. I reloaded the client and sure enough; so I ticket support and so far have been appalled at the level of actual support they give you. None, absolutely zero. Canned responses and at times failing to even read over the entire ticket.
I am well aware of actual cheats who submit tickets and say they didn't do it, but what do you do when you are actually innocent? Your lumped into the same pit and treated just the same.

I typically play the arams and featured modes because there's less toxicity. I am typically pretty silent in chat as well to avoid any time of chat conflict. My stats should even show that's no advantage to be had anywhere.
I have spent $805 on this game over the course of 5-6 years. So this is obviously a long standing important account. I would never risk losing it by doing anything against the terms of use. (i don't even run smurf accounts) I didn't realize I had spent that much but $20-$30 ever so often adds up. http://privacy.riotgames.com/en_US/
I have always been in the other boat the one that reads about people getting banned and assumes well they must have done something yet here I am and it's frustrating and now it makes me wonder just how many of those are actually innocent yet riot just considers everyone guilty unless you're a big shot streamer.
I have been reading various threads for the last 5 days looking for any avenue and sadly all i've found is many just like mine with no help at all. The toxicity ones I didn't bother with reading but a good majority of the others that were banned all had something in similar, Every champ unlocked and skins akin to responses like. They target high value accounts and ban them like a ponzi scheme hoping you'll pay more to unlock a new account faster. I hate to believe that but the more and more I look ay my situation. I was playing a game of random urf, as soon as game was finished I got an player banned message and it logged me out of the game. At first figured game just crashed as when I loaded it in a previous urf game it crashed on loadup and you guys have your warning about crashes, when I reloaded game it scanned my files, then I played just fine, then this just happened. GENT83301 Monday at 21:14 Well I just got banned after playing a game of Aurf mode, I was hoping by the thread title there was a huge bug or something causing this, but sadly just accusatory remarks.
Anyhow to clear the air, Yup no cheating here, EVER. I own every champion over the course of 3 maybe 4years now.... I don't play ranked, mainly just ARAM and the special events when they show up. the occasional random bot game and even more rare a pvp game with friends. There is no motivation to cheat as nothing I do warrants it, and feel free to review my match history. There is no point in putting my account at risk due to time/money spent. Yes I've submitted a ticket as of 15 minutes and have to await the outcome. Definitely ruined my evening. I just hate getting lumped in with the fold.

GENT83301 Monday at 21:42 No there is no way, Please don't give me a canned response like that. This literally just happened. I don't feel you guys are actually looking over anything and just taking the easy copy/paste answer. I litterally just went over a full scan of my rig nothing malicous at all found. League did a full scan/repair and loaded up just fine. I had a printer queue that failed to print that is IT. You guys need to take another look at whatever pinged your system as it should be pretty damn obvious theres no cheating/mods/scripts/hacks/exploits or whatever you want to call them.
If I sound upset you bet I am, "a thorough investigation" would mean viewing my replays, reviewing logs, account history, match history. None of that has happened. Is there a number I can contact a supervisor or actually speak with someone as this is an atrocity they way this is being handeled.

On a side note is there anything in the URF mode that could have triggered anything stupid as I was playing ezreal and just spamming buttons as fast as they'd light up. Apologize if I seem like i'm rambling but this has my visibly upset here. I even have my wife standing over my shoulder telling me to calm down, they'll fix this. The ban was not a mistake. Simply spamming buttons in a game or two would not get you banned.
Each account is investigated on a player by player basis to make sure there are no errors and so that we can be confident in our evidence. There is concrete evidence that your account was involved in the use of programs to gain an unfair competitive advantage in game. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the ban will not be lifted under any circumstances.

Riot has used the term ""I can understand your point of view but, unfortunately, we are 100% certain of this. As such, the account will remain suspended."
So much for riot being 100% certain....as when someone actually looked into it, It was determined there WAS indeed an error and the ban was reversed.
And now your using the same term "concrete evidence" but your WRONG again. Please pass this over to WookieeCookie. I feel I'm being taken advantage of because I've spent so much money on this game without EVER getting a ban /suspension anything then THIS error and i'm permabanned?
I'm not even demanding proof yet as that would imply there is even something there to be found. There has to be a way to escalate this as there is indeed PROOF your automated system has been wrong before and Its wrong again.

That player had an issue with botting. There are mistakes that happen, but your ban was not one of them. Your ban was for the use of programs to gain an unfair competitive advantage in game. I am to assume this something the automated system detected as that link was provide proof that your systems aren't infalliable as it was stated Many MANY times in that thread RIOT were 100% positive etc etc (akin to every responce you've posted so far) AND then it was determend once someone actually looked into it there was indeed an error and the ban was lifted. Realistically think about this you mention competitive advantage? I haven't been playing anything competive, no ranking etc. You state 3rd party app? I know you can't won't go into specifics but what shred of proof otherwise? I run discord and curse, both of which can have an overlay, which is the closest thing any app on my pc even gets to anything dealing with league. Lets see battlenet , slack, Origin, steam, logitech webcam, teamviewer, razer synapse, soundblaster recon, couchpotato and sabnzb. Those are always running, Is it at least one of those? It just makes absolutely no sence, why would anyone who spent money on such a long standing account risk anything? especially so when its games that don't even matter? I'm just saying your automated system has flagged something and it's wrong, Assuming the support agents dont' have access to dig deep aside from a minor log, This really needs to be looked into, I refuse to even start another account for fear of being banned again as I would be using the exact same pc/setup (as nothing has changed). You guys need to provide a little more information because absolutely nothing makes any sence on this unjust banning.

I still retain my innocence. I have worked in support so I understand the sphere of influence in which you operate, but I also know there is always a supervisor, and another over that person till eventually you reach the very top (which isn't applicable) however I request someone who actually has the ability to look into and actual research what happened here. Because I have spent way to much money and time to lose my account which has never used "3rd party software to gain an advantage" Highly unlikely but could they verify the date/timestamp this supposedly happened and perhaps the ip it relates to? I'm just trying to look over every other option as my pc isn't compromised, I am the only user and there are no "hooks" of any sort tied to league of legends. I repeat there are no hacks/scripts/exploits or anything on my computer let alone anything tied to league. I know automated processes can learn, and sometimes they mess up, Look at false positives on anti-virus programs. It happens all the time. I wouldn't be fighting this so hard but this is very important to me and I take it somewhat personal being called a liar and cheat when EVERYTHING about my playstyle, stats, game logs say otherwise. I would NEVER risk my account and yet here we are.......

But since you state you have personally looked at the account details and can't provide specifics, which of those categories does whatever your system think's it found fall under? I am truly at a loss here and trying to resolve this the most amicably way possible since i'm getting the short end of the stick in a very not fair defence.
