Ileggible to get loot!
Hey can someone help me,i am "punished" so i cant get loot,it is lasting for 5months now,how can i get that removed?

The restrictions is different for everyone. Plus it also depends on how severe your punishment was. Like say if you were only 10 game chat restricted, you could show the system by playing maybe less than 50 games that you improved your behavior. Whereas say you were 14 day ban, you would probably have to play a couple months worth of games to tell the system you have improved!
Stop doing things that get you reported. Even if it's not enough to actually trigger a punishment, something you're doing is still telling the system "this guy isn't totally reformed yet, and doesn't deserve rewards for good behavior". Find that facet of your behavior and try to soften it; shouldn't take too long to earn Hextech Loot if you manage that.
That or you simply haven't played enough games yet for the system to "know" whether you've reformed.
