PBE's condition

I have been playing on pbe and it feels like since it isn't player's main account that they will just run it down or afk for little reason Possible reason this is happening: I think it might be happening because of how riot opened up the pbe for way more people if the inting and stuff calms down over time then this is probably what is going on. What I think should be done about it: I think a pbe account should be allowed like maybe 3 afk games a year because I will admit things happen, in the past year I have afked twice once due to our basement flooding and once because of a power outage. I had no control over either of these so I think some afk games should be allowed. I don't think there should be any leeway on inting however because you don't accidentally int you may have a game you go 0/7/0 but that is not inting. I think that if you have 4 afk games or any inting games on your pbe account it should be banned for a year those are not the people that should be testing the player experience.
